Chocolate cup cakes
These Homemade Hostess cupcakes are perfect for Valentine’s Day, You can also have this cake for desert . Chocolate cup cakes are so testy and easy to make .
Ingredients:
1.Caster sugar (200 gm)
2. Butter (100 gm)
3. Egg-2
4.plain flour (200 gm)
5. vanilla extract ( 2 table spoon)
6.Baking powder ( 3-4 tbs )
7.cocao powder - 2 tbs
8.Milk - 1/2 cup
9. water - 1 tbs
way to make :
first of all we need to make the cream so take a bowl add butter and sugar together mix them with hand blender or beater machine
.Now beat one egg at time and mixed them with hand mixer for few second now beat another egg and again mixed them for few second. Add vanilla extract and mixed them well .
Now add plain flour , baking soda and milk mixed them well with hand mixer . Take another little bowl add the cocao powder put water on it and mix it . now mixed them in first bowl and baked it for 15-20 minutes in a 180*c oven .
