How to make KFC vegetable strips at home for diet

vegetable strips is an amazing recipe of KFC Veg Strips made at home which is quite easy . Even vegetables are good for health .vegetable strips are really good when you made it like kfc style .


INGREDIENTS:

1.Potatoes - boiled and kept unpeeled in refrigerator (3 medium size potato)2.Garlic powder - 1tbs 3.pepper powder -1tbs4.Cayenne pepper2.Carrots - boiled (1 cup) 3.Green peas - boiled (1/2 cup)5.Corn kernels - boiled (1/2 cup)6.Seasoning : 7.Salt (to taste)8.Italian Seasoning Slurry :1. crush tortillla crunch2.All purpose flour 3.Cornflour 4.Salt 5. Black Pepper

6.Bread crumbs 

7. water




way To Make : first of all we need to kept the boiled potato on fridge for 4-5 hours . After that we need leave those potatoes from fridge to be normal . Now we will cut the potatoes into very little pieces .we will add salt to taste ,garlic powder,pepper powder ,pepper powder and mash or mixed everything very well.
when you will mixed everything nicely now you have to add carrots boiled, green peas and boiled corn kernels . Now mixed everything very well on a bowl . cover the mixture in zip lock bag and keep it on the fridge for 30- 40 minutes. now leave it from fridge give it shape as you want by hands .



Step 2: take another bowl add All purpose flour ,Cornflour ,Salt ,black pepper now add some water and make it slurry .


step 3 : cover the roll on dry corn flour .



step 4: now put it on the bowl and make sure that it's totally slurry .

step 5: take another bowl add the bread crumbs with crush tortillla crunch and put the rolls on it . Now fry them in oil .

You can serve the dish with white sauce and tomato sauce also you can eat this with cold drinks :)
