Chicken Fry or Fried Chicken is always favorite to all. Specially kids loves to eat crispy chicken fry . so try this at home it will be more tastier and healthier than outsider restaurant .
Ingredients:
1. Boneless chicken (medium size)
2. Salt
3. Chili powder
4.coriander powder
5.garam masala powder
6. Butter milk
7. Flour
8. Egg
9.Buttermilk
10. cornmeal
11. breadcrumb
12. Chili flakes
13. papercorn
WAY to cook : First Take some water add salt and put the chicken pieces in it for 4 hours . After that drain it out . It will make your chicken juicy inside .
take this chicken pieces add little bit of salt , add some chili powder , coriander powder,garam masala powder now rub this chicken with masala . Now add some butter milk leave it for few hours .
Now take some flour and brine the chicken roll it in the flour we will coat it with the egg .Then we are going to put it in a mixture That what will make your chicken nice crunchy texture
Now take all purpose flour in this and add cornmeal .It will makes your chicken nice and good .
Add breadcumb ,some chili flakes and now here add some papercorn , salt ,little bit of flavoring salt
NOw take this chicken pieces onto your plate and then put the chicken pieces in the flock make sure any moisture that is there it is observed with the flour this is what will give this chicken a better coating do not be afraid to just quote it well.
after this beat some eggs add water to it and make it thin . don't want this egg mixure to be thick now take these chicken pieces coat it with this egg moisture so this will help you to be stick well the chicken . this maine flour mixture that is cornmeal all- purpose flour and all the mix .
now chicken pieces are ready . now take a pan put oil in it . then add the chicken pieces on the oil fried the chicken well and serve to it .
